If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return
your product up to 14 days after delivery as long as your item is NOT final sale.
The product should be in its packaging.
Without any breakage or worn out condition.
It should look unused with no damage.
* NOTE: There is no refund and exchange on personalized rings, such as the engraving any name on it.
** NOTE: Orders with the "BLACK40" and "BOGO" discount code applied are ineligible for a refund & return. It is a sale that only happens once per year, wherein our products are significantly marked down to the lowest prices year-to-date to celebrate BLACK FRIDAY.
If you're returning an item because arrives damaged or faulty, then ONRUSH is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you changed your mind, you'll be responsible for return shipping.

Contact us at service@theonrush.com to the nearest return address. Our Customer Service Representative will get back to you within 24 hours and will send the return address via email.
After we have provided you with the return address, please return your items within seven (5) working days. Items returned after seven days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PACKAGE. THAT IS NOT OUR RETURN ADDRESS AND WILL AFFECT THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN.
ONRUSH is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the shipping process.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
